Certified Divers & Fun Dives

Question Answer
Where are the best dive sites in Phuket? The most popular sites for day trips are Racha Noi & Racha Yai (calm, clear water, beautiful reefs), Phi Phi Islands (limestone walls, leopard sharks), and Shark Point/King Cruiser Wreck (vibrant marine life and a famous wreck).
How big are your dive groups? We prioritize small groups. Our maximum ratio is typically 4 divers per Divemaster/Instructor to ensure a safe, personal, and high-quality experience.
Do you offer Nitrox? Yes, we offer Enriched Air Nitrox fills. Certified Nitrox divers can use it for a small surcharge. We also offer the PADI Enriched Air Diver Specialty Course.
I haven't dived in a while. What should I do? If you haven't dived in over a year, we recommend a PADI ReActivate (Scuba Review). This is a short refresher session, usually done on the first dive of your trip, to refresh your skills and theory with an instructor.
I lost my certification card. Can I still dive? Yes. As a PADI Dive Center, we can look up your certification details on the PADI database online. Please provide your full name and date of birth when booking.

Safety & Medical

Question Answer
Do I need a medical exam to dive? For all PADI courses and some fun dives, you will need to complete a PADI Medical Statement. If you answer YES to any of the questions (related to conditions like asthma, heart problems, or recent surgery), you will require a doctor's signature clearing you for diving.
Is scuba diving safe? Yes. Scuba diving is a very safe sport when conducted within PADI standards and under the guidance of professionals. We always carry emergency oxygen and have staff trained in emergency procedures.
How long must I wait to fly after diving? For single-day dives, PADI recommends a minimum pre-flight surface interval of 12 hours. For multiple-day diving or repeated dives, the recommended interval is 18 hours. We advise you to leave a 24-hour buffer after your last dive, especially for liveaboards.
Is dive insurance included? We provide basic accident insurance coverage for all day trips and courses. However, we strongly recommend all divers have their own comprehensive travel insurance or a dive insurance (like DAN) for peace of mind.
